Retainers(deposits): All retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE. All retainer prices varies based on style and can be found at check out. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, ZELLE, or I can charge the card one file.

Guest: No extra guest allowed. **please reach out if you need to discuss with our team

Hair is included in ALL styles.

Hair must be WASHED clean of products and BLOW DRIED.

Grace Period: After 10 minutes, there will be a $10 fee applied to your balance. After 15 minutes, the absence will result in a cancellation of the appointment. Please let us know in advance if you will be late your appointment.

Rescheduling: Anytime you need to reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before the appointment. Anything done less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a 20% of the service charge.
